The café had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a loyal local customer base, but its social media did not reflect the in-person experience. Content was posted inconsistently, mostly showing food photos without a clear story, brand personality, or reason for people to visit regularly. The account needed stronger positioning, more engaging content, and a strategy that could turn everyday moments into repeat foot traffic.

The retreat offered a meaningful and restorative experience, but the online content did not fully communicate the emotional value of attending. Posts focused mainly on beautiful locations and general wellness themes, without clearly explaining the transformation, retreat structure, or who the experience was for. The brand needed content that built trust, inspired enquiries, and helped potential guests imagine themselves there.

Developed a social media strategy centred around storytelling, trust-building, and emotional connection. Created content pillars around retreat experience, guest transformation, teacher/founder expertise, wellness education, location atmosphere, and FAQs. Planned reels, carousels, testimonials, and story sequences to guide potential guests from inspiration to enquiry, while keeping the content calm, intentional, and aligned with the retreat’s brand values.
